ISO 14001:2015 Standards & Principles
The essence of this level of certification is that an organisation puts an Environmental Management System in place to identify where its activities may cause an impact on the environment, assesses the significance of such an impact and then determines which impacts it might be able to eliminate or reduce to a reasonable level.
ISO14001:2015 (also known as AS/NZS/ISO14001:2016) is based on the same Management System principles as ISO9001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 and works in exactly the same way, albeit of course with a focus on the environmental performance.
